Inside Lincoln's £12M Innovation Centre: First Look
Lincoln's Science and Innovation Park has unveiled its flagship building — a £12 million Innovation Centre designed to house the next generation of Lincolnshire tech companies.
What's inside
- 40 flexible office suites from 150 to 2,000 sq ft
- Shared labs and prototyping workshop
- 200-seat auditorium with livestreaming
- Café, gym, and rooftop garden
The centre is a joint venture between the University of Lincoln and Lincolnshire County Council, with additional funding from the Towns Fund.
First tenants move in this June. Applications are open via the university's enterprise team.
