Siemens Gamesa Confirms 150 New Jobs at Lincoln Turbine Factory
Siemens Gamesa has confirmed the creation of 150 new jobs at its Lincoln turbine blade factory following a major offshore wind contract with a Scottish energy company.
The roles include 80 manufacturing positions, 45 engineering roles, and 25 quality assurance and logistics positions. Recruitment begins next month.
Investment details
The factory, which already employs 850 people, will receive a £12 million investment to expand its production line and install new automated composite manufacturing equipment.
