Everything you need to create effective ads for LoveLincoln.
1. Ad Sizes
Each product requires specific creative images at exact pixel dimensions. The system will reject images that don't match.
Standard
Full-width, half-height tile across LoveLincoln — one landscape creative that works on every screen
Landscape Creative
Landscape — full width, half height (1440×926)
Premium
Full-width, full-height tile — the largest in-feed placement, and close to a full takeover on a phone
Portrait Creative
3:4 portrait — Instagram feed format (1080×1440)
Prime Banner Slot
Full-viewport-width banner above the header on every page including the homepage — premium native presence with auto-blur surround on screens wider than the artwork
Desktop Banner
Shown on tablets, laptops and desktops — displays 1400 × 220
Mobile Banner
Shown on phones — full screen width, displays up to 480 × 160

3. Design Best Practice
One message, one CTA
Keep it simple. Your ad should communicate one clear message with a single call to action. Avoid clutter.
Visible logo
Include your business name or logo so people know who you are at a glance.
High-contrast text
Ensure all text is legible at the displayed size. Dark text on light backgrounds (or vice versa) works best.
No misleading elements
Avoid fake buttons, close icons, or anything that mimics browser/site UI. The ad must be clearly identifiable as an ad.
Quality imagery
Use high-resolution images. Blurry, pixelated, or stretched images will be declined.
4. Creating Ads with AI
Don't have a designer? No problem. Here are some tools that can help you create professional-looking ads:
Canva (Recommended)
- Go to canva.com and create a free account
- Click “Create a Design” and enter custom dimensions
- Use a template or start from scratch
- Add your logo, text, and call-to-action
- Download as PNG and upload to LoveLincoln
ChatGPT / DALL-E
- Open ChatGPT (with image generation)
- Describe your ad: “Create a 2800x440 pixel banner ad for [your business], include the logo text [business name], tagline [your message], and a [CTA button text] button” — repeat at 1440x480 pixels for the mobile version
- Iterate on the design with follow-up prompts
- Download and upload to LoveLincoln
Tips for AI-Generated Ads
- Always specify exact pixel dimensions in your prompt
- Request a clean, professional style
- Check that all text is readable and correctly spelled
- Verify the image is the correct size before uploading
- Keep it simple — AI works best with straightforward requests
