The Notswolds are often overlooked, lying between the Peak District and Yorkshire Dales to the north and the Cotswolds to the south, but this is the heart of England with so much on offer.

What we loved about this account was the sense of pride from promoting an area that has so much heritage, unspoilt countryside, incredible and unique produce like the Lincolnshire Sausage and Stilton Cheese and flourishing culture and creativity.

18 months after launching their first gothic boutique store in York, NOX opened their Lincoln store on Sincil Street in the Cornhill Quarter in August 2026.

NOX coming from the latin for darkness has been a popular subculture since the 1980s but is enjoying a recent resurgence in popularity of both goth fashion and music.

NOX is best known for its curated range of clothing, jewellery, art and fragrances all beautifully displayed against the matt black walls of this gothic retail haven.
